February 2nd, 2011:
A couple weeks back Felicia and I headed out to Lacy Park in San Marino to shoot a session for Aaliyah right around her 1st birthday.
If you remember, I have photographed her a few times throughout the last year, starting as a baby and watched her grow quite rapidly. This session, she was on the move with her new found crawling/walking abilities (although to be fair, the walking was more of staggering a few steps, then falling on he backside).
So, although this was primarily supposed to be a shoot just for baby Aaliyah turning one, when her brother showed up dressed in his kenpo outfit then sat there and picked dandelions with the sun glowing behind him, I figured he looked too buddha-esque not to photograph!
