Well…DAMN. That was the right kind of party to finish out my wedding season for the year! Now I’m off on vacation and I’ll see you all soon!
January 15th, 2020:
Now John and Sarah charmed me a long time ago at their engagement session, but I have to say, any couple who opens up the dance floor with he Pokemon theme song AND ALL THEIR FRIENDS KNOW THE WORDS, has pretty much won my heart forever!
Thank you both for being such awesome human being, for generally kicking ass, and for letting me celebrate with you at Padua Hills!

July 4th weekend is an excellent time to get married, Felicia and I did it back in 2009, and a couple weeks ago Inkyu and Tiffanie got hitched over the long weekend too. They invited Kenny and I to come along and capture their big day at the Coyote Hills Club in Fullerton; which came with perfect weather, an excited family and a fantastic bridal party (As a wedding photographer, you can’t ask for much more!)
Congrats to you both and hopefully Maui made for a spectacular honeymoon!
July 16th, 2015:
Michelle + Michael were married over the Fourth of July weekend in Camarillo at the Spanish Hills Country Club. Kenny and I spent a spectacular afternoon with these two getting to know them and their families – the weather was perfect and everyone was there to party, could you really ask for anything else?
Congrats again you two!

When I first moved to California, rebuilding a social circle was one of the things I dreaded most. Thankfully, I found an amazing community through my local yoga studio (and the teachers are epic too), and over the years have become more and more involved.
Ashley was one of the first people I got to know, and she has been a steadfast friend, being part of the team I put together for a yogathon raising funds for lung cancer, and despite the insanity of 108 Sun Salutations, she was part of the team again for the next year, even doubling as banana hand model (no, it’s not as dirty as it sounds…).
Ashley and Adam have been together for almost 10 years now (9 years and 8 months, to be exact) so when she contacted me a few weeks about shooting their “make it legit” ceremony at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, I just knew I had to be there.
Though it was a short, simple civil ceremony, there was no lack of emotion and joy, and every bit as beautiful and significant as a ‘full production’ wedding.
It was such an honor to share in their day and join their immediate family in celebrating this milestone in their lives. And… as if I had to point it out, Ashley looked absolutely AMAZING and impeccably stylish. Adam, you look good too.
Congrats you two, and thanks for having us! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone look so badass while talking on the phone. Until now.
Their matching tattoos are the coolest I’ve ever seen: read one way, it says ‘Adam’, and the other, it says ‘Ashley’. AWESOME.

Clare first found us at Sean & Amber’s wedding two years ago (who, in turn, found us through Matt & Amber!), before she was even engaged. Earlier this year we shot their engagement session on a chilly January day, and before we knew it, last month was their wedding.
Congrats Clare & RJ. Thanks for having us be part of your special day!

Planning a wedding from afar is always challenging, and Ming and Eryan were figuring it out from Chicago when they originally got in touch with us. A while later we met Ming and her mother while Ming was on a whirlwind planning trip to Los Angeles, but it wasn’t until the wedding day that we were introduced to Eryan. Needless to say, even with all the distance during their planning these two pulled off a great wedding day.
Ming + Eryan, thanks for having Felicia and I as part of your day, and once again, Congratulations!

Mildred & Kristian booked us well over 18 months before their wedding, and after an initial consultation that involved singing ‘Smelly Cat’, two engagement shoots from outdoorsy to urban, and countless emails / GChat messages exchanged, it really felt like we had a history together.
So when we arrived on the morning of their wedding day, Mildred started tearing up! I don’t wish to say we make our clients cry, but I think we did. Oops.
Mildred & Kristian had a very sweet, emotional day, starting out at the St Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church in Westlake Village – which, I must say, has the best light and nicest coordinator of all the catholic churches we’ve photographed at yet – and then they got the party started at Spanish Hills Country Club.
It was extra awesome too that we got to work with Brooke of Orange Blossom Special Events, whom we first met at Cassandra & Javier’s wedding.
Mildred & Kristian, you guys are certainly very “BOOM!”.
Gotta love the mid-ceremony fist bump!

Reauna & Mark found us through Nathasha & John, and a few weeks ago they wed at Padua Hills Theater in Claremont, where an unexpected mid-July shower caught us all off-guard. Thankfully the rain abated before the ceremony, and we had the opportunity to document an emotion-filled day for this lovely couple. Mark & Reauna are some of the sweetest, most sincere people we’ve ever met, and being able to share in their special day was truly a privilege.
Congratulations, Mark & Reauna!

Ging & Angelo, (also known as “Ging & Jello”), are based in the Philippines, but are getting married in a couple weeks here in Los Angeles. We all took advantage of the beautiful Californian summer and had an outdoor engagement session at Franklin Canyon Park in Beverly Hills.
Felicia and I had so much fun with this bubbly couple, chatting, joking and laughing while we shot. Congrats Ging & Jello. We can’t wait for your wedding!
