We first met Megan two and a half years ago at her sister Katie’s wedding to Steven, and when it came time for Megan and her fiancé, John, to start their wedding planning they gave us a call.  It’s quite the honor to be able to capture anyones wedding, but I am extra thrilled to have the chance to reunite with this clan for another of their families celebrations.

After a bit of planning we settled on downtown Ventura for Megan + John’s engagement shoot. The pier/beach were the spot of their first date and we even headed up to the hillside overlooking the ocean and town where John first told Megan he loved her.   It’s always amazing when couple decide to bring elements of their own story into their engagement shoot and it lets me glimpse a bit into their past.
