November 1st, 2010:
Ah, Los Angeles. A city that can go by many names: City of Angels, City of Perpetual Traffic Congestion, and for me, City for Awesome Photos.
Liz & Brent are co-workers of John, whose wedding we photographed in summer, and they were quite enamored by photos with the LA skyline glowing in the night, such as the bridal sessions of Yenny & Anthony, and Alex & Mina.
We started off at Frank Gehry’s titanium-clad work of art – the Disney Concert Hall – and enjoyed the beautiful soft light cast by the setting sun.
And as day melded into night, Liz & Brent changed into their evening looks for a beautiful night-time shoot.
Felicia and I had a great time with Liz & Brent, and they also generously bought us dinner afterwards. We’re definitely looking forward to their wedding next May, which incidentally will be on Felicia’s brother’s birthday!
