Day: 303.5
So on the slight hint of the idea of Camera tossing from regular reader Randy, I did a little research and found there is a whole group of people out there who practice “Camera Tossing“. Basically you set up a long exposure and toss you camera up in the air hoping it will return to your hands. Most people try this with tiny digitals, but I don’t have a point and shoot, my only camera is my 5D. So, with a immense amount of unemployment boredom, and my normal amount of worry-less-ness with which I face most things in my life I attached my fisheye to my camera and gave it a shot. This is what I ended up with.

Those are great shots. I’ll have to try a few. If you do time exposure of the night sky on a tripod, you can actually capture the earth’s rotation by the way the stars move in the photo. It’s a pretty kick-ass technique and photo.
cheers, rob
LOVE IT!
The first one would be a beautiful painting.
LOL
As much as it’s crazy to toss a 5D around, this is classic RCP3.
Well done! i love the effect!
