If you follow us on Facebook, you might have noticed that we just shot Linda & Jason’s wedding a couple of weeks ago. We had last seen them during their engagement shoot around Santa Barbara and Solvang, and prior to that, I last saw Linda when we were studying in Paris, almost 9 years ago!
But 9 years is nothing though, because Linda & Jason got married at the anniversary of their 13 years together: yes, THIRTEEN!
It was so amazing to be part of their day, starting off with the hilarious pranks Linda’s bridesmaids played on Jason and the guys as part of the traditional ‘door games’, a precursor to their Chinese tea ceremony. We then made the short drive over to Calamigos Equestrian in Burbank for their ceremony and reception.
In all, it was a really sweet, heartfelt wedding day, and the outpouring of love and joy from their friends and family was truly palpable. Special mention to Linda & Jason’s bridal party for being EXCEPTIONAL! They stepped up in every way possible to keep the day running smoothly and make sure Linda’s vision of her dream wedding came to life.
What an incredible way to kick off our weddings of 2014!
Congratulations Linda & Jason! We are so, so, SO happy for you two!
