We last saw M&M at their Vasquez Rocks engagement session, and now on their wedding day at the lovely Carondelet House (where we all agreed we wanted to live in), they were dizzy with excitement.
It was a beautiful wedding, with a ceremony incorporating her Filipino and his Polish heritage and cultures, and afterwards they had a great time “Vadering” their bridal party and each other.
What made M&M’s day completely different was that our Prius was their getaway car, so after M snatched his bride in a traditional Polish circle dance, they jumped into our car, and… we were off for some post-reception wedding photos!
That’s certainly a first for us, heading off for pictures after a reception, but M&M wanted to capture the scenes of downtown Los Angeles, and so we did! It actually made us really happy that they made the time and effort (after many hours of dancing!) for more pictures on their wedding day.

Beautiful flowers by Michelle Brue of Flora by Fauna. I am very impressed not only by Michelle’s work (evidently gorgeous), but her amazing attitude, generosity, and foresight in preparing extra boutonnieres for the groom (lots of hugs = squished flowers) and the flower children, and she also took time to put them on very nicely for the bridal party instead of merely dropping them off.
