July 26th, 2011:
Early in the session I asked Jon to tell Maria a joke to get her to laugh for me, I didn’t expect it to make me laugh out loud as well. Bear with me as I recount it as accurately as I can… (sorry Jon if I mess it up)
So a penguin takes his car in to be repaired, and the mechanic tells him he’ll take a look at what the problem is and that the penguin should come back in a little while. The penguin takes a walk and decides to have an ice cream while he waits for his car. He orders a scoop of vanilla, but instantly drops it all over himself – seeing as penguins don’t have hands.
The penguin returns to the auto shop, and the mechanic looks at him and says “It looks like you blew a seal.” to which the penguin replies, “Nope, that’s just ice cream”
And at that moment I instantly knew Jon and I would be getting along.
